Hi, we have been umming and ahing about whether we should go fully online or have a retail presence.
We feel that we could provide better insight to our product range online with search capabilities and stock on hand information from the comfort of your home, anytime, anywhere without the need to visit a physical store. Ok, ok, ok, I know what you thinking. What about freight? and the time it takes to receive your order?
To overcome this hurdle we could have a Click & Collect Centre for the locals in the vicinity. For example one big warehouse location in Gold Coast for all gold coast customers.
Ideas are goods but always require feedback from the people who the matter the most in and business. Yes its the CUSTOMERS.
